Cards Against Humanity has no official scoring, so this sheet keeps it simple: you tap +1 for whoever the czar found funniest that round. That's all there is. Since the game has no fixed ending either, no target is set by default — you just stop when you've had enough. If you'd rather play to a fixed finish, set a target score yourself and Scorivio will announce the winner as soon as someone reaches it.
